Millions of Canadians get their carbon tax rebates today. So why do many not believe it?

Yesterday Canadians received their first climate action incentive payment of the year, which is the deposit or check from the federal government to offset the carbon tax. All part of the price on pollution program to fight climate change while ensuring that Canadians who are struggling with cost of living increases get money back in their pocket to offset the carbon tax they pay.
